Body Conditioning
This class uses a variety of modalities such as hand weights, tubing, body bars, body resistance, and aerobic exercise to challenge all of your major muscle groups and your cardiovascular endurance. Equipment is provided.
Class meets Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm, Saturdays 9:00-10:00am

Cardio Dance
Become one with the music in this dance class that borrows music and moves from styles such as Zumba, hip hop, jazz, kickboxing, funk, and disco.  Get a great workout with dance routines that have been choreographed specifically to the words and rhythm of the songs, followed by core exercise to trim and tone.
Class meets Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm

Fitness Yoga
A user-friendly, total body workout set to chill-out music.  Experience flowing sequences to create length and strength, followed by gentle restorative stretches and meditations to create harmony and vitality within.
Class meets Mondays 6:30-7:30pm

HAZARD CENTER YMCA
Mat-Based Pilates
A series of low-impact exercises designed to maximize abdominal strength while toning and increasing flexibility.
Class meets Fridays 10:40-11:30am
Gentle Yoga
Suitable for those new to yoga, with special physical concerns, or who simply want to move at a slower pace. You will experience yoga postures and stretches, gentle breathing exercises, restorative exercises, and a final relaxation period.
Class meets Wednesdays 2:45-3:40pm, Fridays 12:00-12:55pm

TOBY WELLS YMCA
Fitness Pilates
Mat-Based Pilates to challenge core.  Light weights, stability balls, resistance balls, bands, or other props may be used.
Class meets Thursdays 12:00-12:45pm
